Q#1: HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR SERVICE? HOURLY/ FIXED?

All services charged based on the nature of the call. Small service calls such as running single network cable or adding one Security camera to existing circuit, are charged on hourly based. Major fixed project estimate are given after onsite visit. Price always vary based on many factors such as: Building layout, number of drills required, building material, circuit length, type of cable required, and many more....

Q#2: WARRANTY PERIOD AFTER ANY DEPLOYMENT?

All services are under warranty for 30 days. Any Power Failure or leakage related issues are subjected to be covered under warranty. All parts has 1-Year Limited warranty by manufacturer. Part replacement never include labor during warranty period.  

Q#3: PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All services are invoiced and due on receipt. We accept all payment options. 

Cash-Check-ACH. Payment by Credit-card will be charged additional 4% processing fee. Any scheduled project work has 50% due on order and rest due on completion of the project.
